Madagascar joins GPSA and brings participating countries to 40

On October 31, 2014 the Government of Madagascar informed the World Bank office in Antananarivo of its decision to opt-in to the Global Partnership for Social Accountability. Following the GPSA Board Paper, this consent ensures that Malagasy civil society organizations are now eligible to apply for GPSA grants in a Call for Proposals.
