Dr. Zafar Ahmed Dr. Zafar Ahmed Khan is currently the Senior Secretary of the Local Government Division of the Ministry of Local Government & Rural Development, Government of Bangladesh. He completed PhD in Public Administration from the Institute of Bangladesh Studies, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He also had his Master Degree in Psychology from the University of Dhaka and completed his Master in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, Netherlands in 1994. Mr. Khan joined Bangladesh Civil Service in December, 1983, and worked for the Government of Bangladesh in different important roles. In his early career, Mr. Khan served as the Second Secretary, Permanent Mission of Bangladesh, New York. |
